Introducing our 2 new recruits

We’d like to welcome our two latest additions to the Maxilead team…a Volvo FM380 and a Fuchs MHL 335 scrap handler.

As part of Maxilead’s continual investment we are looking forward to the new machines giving us a helping hand and assisting us with the growing workload at our site in Tyldesley. Director, Tom Clay explained, “Both pieces of equipment will enable us to improve efficiency for our customers.”

He added that, “The new Volvo is a welcomed addition to the company’s fleet and will help maintain high service levels, as well as the scrap handler enabling us to provide a faster turnaround on all deliveries into the yard.”

Similar to another vehicle on the Maxilead fleet, the FM380 has also been given customised paintwork. The unique design sports a range of machines and wagons, onsite, at our metal recycling facilities.
