What happens to your scrap metal after it is sent for recycling?

Once we receive metals, we use specialist operational equipment such as shears and balers to produce high-quality steel and other metals. Metals are cleaned and segregated to meet international specifications, meaning we always meet our consumer’s requirements. Recycled metals are then loaded for shipment in containers. We fully utilise our spaces by using a container tilter which saves time and costs, meaning that ultimately our production levels and turnovers are higher.

Europe

Europe is the continent located entirely in the Northern Hemisphere and mostly in the Eastern Hemisphere. It is bordered by the Arctic Ocean to the north, the Atlantic Ocean to the west, and the Mediterranean Sea to the south. It has a population of 743.1 million and is our closest-to-home international export area.

The Middle East

The Middle East is a transcontinental region centered on Western Asia, Turkey, and Egypt. The corresponding adjective is Middle Eastern and the derived noun is Middle Easterner. The population stands at around 371 million, the middle east is a smaller export client but still one of our most popular.

South East Asia

Southeast Asia or Southeastern Asia is a subregion of Asia, consisting of the countries that are geographically south of China, east of India, west of New Guinea and north of Australia. They have a population of around 641.7 million and are another of our most popular exporting clients.

America

The U.S. is a country of 50 states covering a vast swath of North America, with Alaska in the northwest and Hawaii extending the nation’s presence into the Pacific Ocean. They have an estimated population of 323.1 million making them our least populated client area, yet still very popular.
