Based at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, the Warrington Wolves are now the only club out of the original twenty-two members of the Northern Rugby Football Union to have played every season in the top flight.
The Warrington have a broad range of community-based programmes designed to nurture up and coming talent and promote healthy living within families. Maxilead Metals are delighted to support the Warrington Wolves, both on and off the field.

Maxilead Metals are absolutely delighted to sponsor Swinton Lions. The club was founded in 1966 as Swinton Rugby Club, and has been a staple in the game ever since.
Swinton Lions play an active role in their local community, with the Swinton Lions Community Sports Foundation dedicated to helping local families live healthily. The charity organises a variety of educational and sporting activities in which local families can take part, encouraging young people to get into sport and fitness.
Formed in 2006, Atherton Dragons ARLFC has been hailed as a ‘fantastic success’ by the Rugby Football League. The club provides regular training sessions to youths, supervised by qualified Rugby League coaches, giving kids the opportunity to develop their sporting skills in a fun and safe environment.
Known as the “People’s club”, Atherton Town F.C. has over 300 players across the Manchester, Bolton and Bury leagues. The club is a staple of the local community, with senior, ladies and youth teams.

Newton Le Willows Cricket Club is a member of the Liverpool and District Junior cricket league, and fulfills junior cricket commitments from age groups under 9s to under 17s. The club is the oldest and by far the most successful still playing in the Wensleydale area. In its time, Newton Le Willows CC has won over 80 League and Cup competitions.
The Steve Prescott Foundation was set up in 2007 to provide funds for both The Christie Hospital and the Rugby League Benevolent Fund. Steve Prescott played Rugby League for St Helens, Hull, Wakefield, Ireland and was a GB Lions Tourist.
Tragically, Steve passed away in 2013 due to terminal cancer, but his legacy lives on in the SPF Charity. Here at Maxilead Metals, we’re proud to be partnered with such a wonderful charity, and look forward to what the partnership brings for the future.
